The Jazz Club of Sarasota
WHO WE ARE
The Jazz Club of Sarasota is dedicated to preserving and promoting jazz, America’s original musical art form. Founded in 1980 by the late Hal Davis, the former publicist for Benny Goodman, the Jazz Club has approximately 1,000 members and is growing. This coming year the Club has planned more than 75 performances. The highlight of this year's season will be the Annual Sarasota Jazz Festival at Nathan Benderson Park, March 13-19.
