ARTS AXIS FLORIDA

WUSF developed Arts Axis Florida (AAF) as a way to bring arts programming to audiences across the state. Since 2020, AAF has grown to include almost 200 organizations featuring the visual arts, theater, music, film, and poetry. We create a direct link between arts organizations and their audiences. This dynamic platform showcases exclusive content, from captivating dance performances to insightful artist interviews, engaging audiences of all interests with their local arts scene.

Arts Axis Florida serves as a dynamic hub at the heart of Florida's arts and cultural scene, dedicated to fostering the arts, enriching culture, and nurturing community engagement. Through performances, events, podcasting, and collaborative projects, Arts Axis Florida elevates the visibility of local artists, musicians, and arts organizations by amplifying their voices and providing platforms for their work to be celebrated. We do all this through digital platforms, publications, and multimedia initiatives, AAF shares stories, highlights voices, and inspires audiences to engage with the arts in meaningful ways. 

We've created an arts initiative aimed at enhancing community access to art statewide. Our platform now offers a range of events, including audio and video podcasts, live and on-demand performances, visual arts, theater, music, film, and poetry. For many of the artists featured, this is the first time their work is being recorded and marketed to the greater arts scene.  How we work is centralized to the collaboration with local arts partners and organizations.
