WHO WE ARE

Tampa City Ballet is a professional contemporary dance company with a 21st-century innovative repertoire. TCB serves the community by creating unique performances and providing high-quality arts education, positively changing lives through the power of dance. TCB leads Tampa in joining a global dance movement that is providing a stage for emerging artists.

Although TCB has had to pivot during the pandemic, as most organizations have, we brought the community performance through film, a new endeavor for us, as a company. We call this project Dancers on Camera. Our short films feature modern and diverse takes on historical and classical standards and topics, focusing on the beauty of diversity while overcoming great obstacles.

TCB continues to pivot during these challenging times, and we are proud to announce a modern and culturally diverse take on the classic, Cinderella with a live, socially distanced, outdoor performance on April 10th and 11th, and a Summer Intensive Training Program that starts in June of 2021.
