ART: “a visual object or experience consciously created through an expression of skill or imagination” “A field or category of art, such as music, ballet, or literature; a skill that is attained by study, practice, or observation”
Mission:
Pinellas Diaspora Arts Project, Inc. (PDAP)’s mission is to support the well-being of underrepresented communities in Tampa Bay by activating participation in arts, technology, media, and civic education.
