Florida CraftArt is a free nonprofit gallery and arts organization in downtown St. Petersburg dedicated to showcasing and supporting fine craft artists from across Florida. Founded in 1951 and celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2026, the organization represents hundreds of artists working in mediums such as ceramics, glass, jewelry, fiber, wood, metal and mixed media. Visitors can browse its 2,500-square-foot Florida Artists Gallery, see rotating exhibitions, and purchase one-of-a-kind handmade pieces, so it feels like a mix between an art gallery, museum and locally focused art shop. Upstairs, ArtLofts houses 19 working artist studios, giving visitors opportunities—especially during Second Saturday ArtWalk—to see artists at work. Florida CraftArt is also closely connected to St. Pete's famous street-art scene, offering guided walking and biking mural tours that share the stories behind the city's murals. Admission to its galleries is free.

Microgroove is an independent, genre-less record store located in none other than Seminole Heights.
Opened for the last 15 years, this tiny but mighty 625-square-foot shop offers a curated selection of new and used vinyl records (roughly 80% used), used CDs, cassettes, and occasional audio gear.
Owned by a music enthusiasts who never loses focus on community and promotion local artists, Microgroove is a great place to find the next piece for your collection.
